These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Grow Love Protocols website, The Girl Protocols, associated course materials, downloadable resources, private Community, emails and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are operated by Grow Love Protocols (“Grow Love Protocols,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account or purchasing The Girl Protocols, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Educational services only

The Girl Protocols is a non-clinical educational program.

The Services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, fertility treatment, genetic counseling, mental-health care or individualized healthcare. Nothing provided creates a doctor-patient, healthcare-provider-patient or other professional relationship.

You are responsible for consulting appropriately qualified healthcare professionals regarding your individual health, fertility, pregnancy, dietary, supplement, medication or laboratory-testing decisions.

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.

3. No outcome guarantee

Natural preconception practices cannot guarantee the sex of a future child.

We do not guarantee conception, pregnancy, a child of a particular sex, a healthy pregnancy or birth, or any other specific outcome.

Your purchase, participation, preparation or adherence to information provided through The Girl Protocols does not ensure any particular result.

4. Purchases and payment

Prices are displayed before purchase and may be shown in U.S. dollars or another stated currency.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and billing information. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, bank charges, currency-conversion costs or other charges that apply to your purchase, except where applicable law requires us to collect and remit them directly.

We may correct pricing or description errors before accepting or completing a transaction.

5. Course access

A valid purchase provides you with a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access The Girl Protocols and its included materials for your own private educational use.

Where an offer states that lifetime access is included, this means access for the operational lifetime of the program while Grow Love Protocols continues to offer and maintain it, subject to these Terms and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may update, reorganize, replace or improve course content over time. These changes do not create an entitlement to a refund where the essential nature of the purchased program remains available.

6. Voluntary refund policy

The Girl Protocols is subject to the Refund Policy displayed at the time of purchase.

Under our current voluntary policy, you may request a refund within seven calendar days of purchase, provided that you have not accessed Module 2 or any subsequent module.

Accessing Module 2 ends eligibility under the voluntary refund policy. Platform access records may be used to determine which materials have been accessed.

This voluntary policy does not limit any non-waivable cancellation, withdrawal, refund or consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

Where applicable law permits a consumer to request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge the loss of a statutory withdrawal right after performance begins, the relevant acknowledgment may be collected during checkout or before protected content is accessed.

Refund requests must be submitted as described in the Refund Policy.

7. Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You may not share, sell, transfer or provide your account credentials or course access to another person. Each purchase is for one individual unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Notify support@growloveprotocols.com promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

8. Intellectual property

The Services and all associated content are owned by or licensed to Grow Love Protocols and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

Protected materials include videos, audio, written lessons, slides, graphics, guides, worksheets, downloads, planning resources, methods, frameworks, terminology, branding and Community materials created by Grow Love Protocols.

You may download or print resources made available for download solely for your own personal use.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • Copy, record, reproduce or republish course content

  • Share screenshots, downloads, videos, account access or Community content

  • Upload materials to websites, social platforms, groups, databases or artificial-intelligence systems

  • Sell, license, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the Services

  • Teach, adapt or create competing materials based substantially on protected course content

  • Remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices

  • Use the Services to train, develop or improve a commercial product, service or model

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently or deceptively

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Services

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or restricted content

  • Introduce malware, harmful code or automated scraping tools

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

  • Harass, threaten, shame or discriminate against another person

  • Promote or solicit unrelated products, services or commercial opportunities

  • Post unlawful, infringing, abusive, misleading or harmful content

  • Provide medical diagnoses or individualized medical instructions to other members

  • Use the Services in a manner that violates another person’s privacy or rights

10. Community participation

The Girl Protocols Community is a private space for enrolled participants. Access is personal and may not be transferred.

You must respect the privacy of other members. You may not copy, record, screenshot or share another member’s name, image, post, story, conversation or identifying information outside the Community.

Do not post children’s names, exact locations, detailed medical records, test results or unnecessary sensitive information.

Community members’ statements reflect their own experiences and opinions. They are not medical advice and are not necessarily verified by Grow Love Protocols.

We may moderate, move or remove Community content and may restrict or terminate participation where reasonably necessary to protect members, enforce these Terms or comply with law.

11. Your submissions

You retain ownership of original content you post in the Community or submit to us.

By posting content within the Community, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce and technically process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate and provide the Community.

We will not use an identifiable private Community story as a public testimonial without your permission.

You represent that you have the right to submit your content and that it does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

12. Support and communications

Support may be provided through email or designated Community areas.

Any stated response timeframe is an operational goal rather than a guarantee and may be affected by weekends, holidays, illness, technical issues, unusually high demand or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The Community and support channels are not monitored as emergency, medical or crisis services.

13. Third-party services and links

The Services may rely on or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, websites, research publications or other resources.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices or security. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.

14. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Services reasonably available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

Access may occasionally be limited by maintenance, updates, platform outages, security concerns, legal requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may make reasonable changes to the Services, delivery platform or technical requirements while preserving the essential nature of the purchased program.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Services, share protected materials, compromise Community privacy, threaten another person’s safety, commit fraud or fail to make a required payment.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate action may be taken where reasonably necessary to protect people, content, systems or legal rights.

Termination for your material breach does not automatically create a right to a refund.

16. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties concerning uninterrupted availability, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or achievement of a particular result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Grow Love Protocols and Natasha Emilio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorized distribution of protected materials or material breach of these Terms.

This provision does not apply to the extent a loss was caused by our own unlawful conduct.

19. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that internet transmissions and online platforms cannot be guaranteed completely secure.

20. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the laws of your country of residence. You may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, business practices or legal obligations.

The updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes affecting existing purchasers may also be communicated by email or another appropriate method.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

23. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Refund Policy and any purchase terms displayed at checkout, form the agreement governing your use of the Services.

If a specific written offer term conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific offer term will control to the extent of the conflict.
